"Know Thyself" series with GM Mehmet Bozdemir

Today's guest in our "Know Thyself" series is Mehmet Bozdemir — a Turkish businessman with over two decades leading mining, metallurgy, and now blockchain projects across Türkiye, Canada, the Middle East, and Europe. He's currently General Manager for the Middle East and Türkiye at CVMR Corporation, and Business Development Manager at Dexiba Blockchain in Cologne. But today isn't about business. After decades of moving between countries and industries, we want to ask Mehmet a quieter question: what stays fixed in a person who's always adapting? Turkish heritage holds two very different currents — the inward path of Sufi tradition, and the pragmatic spirit of the Silk Road trader. Which one does he recognize in himself? And what does it mean to stay human — to stay a real Turk — when your career demands constant reinvention? Let's find out.
