Caramel — grainy, with a very fine texture. Creamy taste with sweet notes. 2. Sawn — remains slightly grainy until the very end, with a subtle bitterness and a papery taste. 3. Reef — dry and dense, with a taste that reminds me of construction sites and whitewash. 4. Umansky — soft, with a raw, cellar-like taste and a slight hint of gravel. 5. Chernihiv — velvety and sandy, with a strong chalky flavor and the smell of freshly settled dust. 6. Marshmallow — delicate and very powdery, with a fluffy texture. Tastes like whipped cream and melts into a soft, porridge-like consistency. 7. School Chalk — classic chalky taste, with a sharp, hard grain that doesn’t dissolve in the mouth.
