The film helped pave the way for Crichton’s later work, including Jurassic Park, and remains a landmark in genre cinema. Set in the futuristic resort of Delos, wealthy guests can indulge in lifelike fantasy worlds—until something goes horribly wrong. When a system malfunction causes the android hosts to turn against their human visitors, a dream vacation spirals into a deadly fight for survival. Featuring an unforgettable performance by Yul Brynner as the relentless Gunslinger, alongside Richard Benjamin and James Brolin, Westworld delivers suspense, action, and thought-provoking themes about technology and control. This limited edition release is packed with premium features, including a brand new 4K restoration, Dolby Vision presentation, multiple audio options, and a wealth of bonus content such as new interviews, commentary tracks, archival footage, and collectible packaging. 4K Limited Edition Highlights: Brand new 4K restoration from the original negative Dolby Vision (HDR10 compatible) presentation Multiple audio options + DTS-HD MA 5.1 surround New and archival special features & interviews Collector’s booklet, poster, and art cards Reversible sleeve with new artwork A культ classic that still feels eerily relevant today, Westworld explores the dangers of unchecked technology and the consequences of playing God—all wrapped in a tense, high-tech nightmare.
