Today we are flipping the alligator bar, its a big build, I am adding 3 apartments in this huge house. On the first floor I imagine to owners live and they used to have a huge house and then was like um when we retire we want to have some cash flow and then converged the house into more units, so the middle is for a small family and the top floor is a student cohabitation home with 3 rooms and joined kitchen, bathroom and living area.
